What to Expect

Your text will be reviewed in Microsoft Word using Track Changes, so you can read comments made directly on the text using Word’s Comments feature.
You will receive an editorial letter addressing the big-picture issues, such as those related to organization, focus, argument, and audience. In that letter, you will receive a specific plan for how to resolve the issues.
Together, the editorial letter and commentary on the manuscript will help you share your message and reach your intended audience.

Focuses on the text’s structure and organization, making sure you maintain the focus and avoid wandering
Assesses how well you support your argument so it leads readers to a logical conclusion
Provides a specific plan for achieving your desired effect and reaching your audience

Copyediting rates start at $40 per hour.

Developmental editing rates start at $50 per hour.
